30 squats to "Suit and Tie" by Justin
Timberlake
20 high knees and 10 push ups to "I Would" by One
Direction
(You don't have to use these songs, but they're the
ones I use and I think they work pretty well. Just
suggestions. I'm a competition dancer, and this was
reccommended by one of coaches and a few of my friends.
What I do is I do this for two weeks straight, which will
usually make me lose 8-10 pounds. I then take off a month
or so, just to make sure that I don't overdo it. There
is such a thing as losing too much weight, so please be
responsible and don't do it too much. Hope you find
