Stop.Right.There
Wake up tomorrow, & get right into
the shower. Use the fancy soap. Shave with the nicest shaving
cream. Shampoo your
hair 5
times. Make it
last long.
Get dressed in the cutest outfit you have. Don't worry,
you look great.
Go have breakfast, make it nice and
healty, so you won't beat yourself up after for no reason.
Remember though, skinny comes no
where near the taste of food.
Time to go outside. Take a walk. Go for a
hike. Take a swim. Dance in the Rain. Do anything besides
interact with people who can be mean. Mean people arn't worth
your time
After your outdoor adventure, you can
have some downtime & lunch. Watch a good show, watch an old
movie, read a book, take a bubble bath. Eat some fruit salad, or
cookies, or ice cream. Eating and
relaxing is good sometimes.
Everyone needs time to
write. That time is now. Write what ever you want. Feelings,
Fantasy, Non-Fiction. Writing
is important when you're sad.
Exersise time. Do work-outs of the
internet, or t.v. or make up your own. Sweat, Let your
make-up run for a good reason.
Dinner already? Eat everything.
Calories are
just a
number.
With a day like that did you even think
of cutting, killing or starving
