Can we please just take a moment to be happy

I know it must be hard for alot of you, I know some of you suffer
from depression, self harming, anxiety and so many other terrible
things. I know how hard it is, i've been depressed. But I think you
all need to just appreciate life for how great it really is. Appreciate
the fact that you are alive and that you have friends and a family, 
and appreciate how beautiful your surroundings are and the stars
in the night sky and tea and pretty things. I know some of you have
trouble with your friends and family, and life in general but please,
ohmygod, please just take a moment to appreciate life. Eat your
favourite food, go outside, spray some perfume or do something you
enjoy. I hope you have/ or have had a good day today lovely. Please
stay strong and appreciate the life you are living.
