I know it seems so hard and unbearable, and it seems like the only answer is to leave this world - but it isn't, it never was and it never will be. And it does seem like nothing will get better but if you stay strong everything will get better. Just think about what you want in the future. You might want to start a family or get a certain job? Please, you've got so much life left to live. The pain, it feels like the worst possible pain ever but everyone wants happiness and nobody wants pain but please just remember you can't have a rainbow without a little rain. Maybe, it will take a lot of help but that's a good thing. It's going to take a bit and effort but in the end,you'll be happy and you'll be glad that you took the choice not to take your life. If I could choose an idol, it'd be someone who has been through so much and was able to not give in. I would never, ever want a better idol. You could be that idol if you made the right choice - stay

No you won't, I can't let you do this as I just sit by knowing that I could've stopped you. You're amazing, wonderful, beautiful and lots more. You're stronger than this. Your worth so much more than this. Whatever it is, everything will get better if you stay with us. Please, stay. Whatever's happened, everything WILL get better. Thanks. I've been down and out for more than two years now and it just feels like nothing will change. I'm on my second therapist and it just seems like nothing's ever gonna help and it's unbearable pain almost all the time. My reason for even staying isn't here too much so I feel like this is my only choice. It's a lot to process and I think my mind could still change again but at this point it's gonna take a lot of help, theres only so much i can to alone.
