Don't cut yourself. It's not worth it. I've known people who have, and they're having to go to rehab and such to get over it, it's not good for you. Don't. Find something to do that distracts you from that. Here's what I told my friend: Take your knife, blade, whatever it is you were going to use to cut, and put it in the very back of an empty drawer. Then, take stuff you love and fill the rest of the drawer with it. That way, hopefully, when you wanna cut, you'll go in that drawer to get it, and then you'll get distracted by whatever it is in front of the drawer that you love, and hopefully do that instead, rather than cutting. She said it helped her. She didn't cut anymore. And I'd reccommend getting rid of any blades or knives except one, that way you can't have them in different places around the room/house and be able to cut without getting distracted by the things you put in the drawer. Now if you don't want to try it, then don't. Just a suggestion. Hope I helped.
