I love my life. It's amazing. It's beautiful. I can't imagine it being any better. ♥
I'm so blessed. But there are certain things usually every teenager, like me, have trouble with. I'm determined to change that. No matter how long it takes.

Compared to me and my YOUNGER sister, I'm usually the one doing chores and all that. When I complained about this to my mom, she told me,
"Don't compare."

So, there's this field trip I wanted to go to [that I wasn't able to go to last year]and I heard that my sister was going. I told my mom that it was an after-school pick-up. So she decided to not let my sister go.

Next thing I know, I see the trip dated onto our calendar. I asked my mom if my sister was going. And apparently, she was. I asked my mom why I couldn't go but my sister could.

"Your sister is more stronger than you. She can handle the cold, you can't."

So, my mom was practically not listening to herself. She was comparing me to my sister.

Or does everybody's parents just don't have LEGIT TRUST in you? Or does everybody's parents just think that you can't protect yourself? Or does everybody's parents just think that you are that IRRESPONSIBLE? Or does everybody's parents believe that you would do something SO STUPID? Or does everybody's parents just think that you are as DISHONEST as you think they do? Or does everybody's parents just UNDERESTIMATE you?

What is SO different about ME and my other friends who have the FREEDOM I want AND need?
Why can't I ENJOY my LIFE as much as they do?

Or does everybody's parents not let you walk - for three minutes at the most - to the park alone? Or does everybody's parents not let you sleep as late as you desire?
