Okay explanation for all the people who don't know what the song is about.
Oppan Gangnam Style = Oppa has Gangnam Style
Oppa = older male
When Psy uses it he is referring to himself. The whole song is about what he likes about a girl. The music video is making fun of Gangnam. Psy, himself, explains that Gangnam is like the Beverly Hills of America. Gangnam is well known for its plastic surgery. No, Gangnam is not in Japan. It is indeed in South Korea.
I of course understand that this is a joke. However, I just want to clear this up. :D

Gangnam describes the people who live in a certain area of Japan. Gangnam style. Nobody actually says it though. The guy in the video is making fun of it all.

I don't understand why teenagers bring this too witty anyway

My friend has a foreign exchange student from China that is going to her school, and she said that Gangnam is actually a really popular city in South Korea.....so I guess it's equivalent to saying something like "Los Angeles Style"....or somethings.
