The Alphabet's Guide to Boys
Chapter 3
Part 2
The next day I walked to school and saw Adam at
the corner.
“Hey,” he smiled and gave me a quick kiss on the
cheek.
“Hi,” I smiled and raised my eye
brows.
“Well we are together.” He
laughed.
“Yeah, I know,” I nodded and smiled while he put
his arm around me. And that’s how we walked into school.
Jessica, a super popular girl, passed us walking in and gave me
the death stare.
“What’s her
problem?” I asked Adam.
“Don’t worry about it.” He said. But she was
problably the one who called me; I don’t get dirty looks
that often.
“Ok then,” and we split our separate ways to go to
classes.
We met up again at lunch and sat next to each other. We choose
a table for just the two of us. And we talked about random
things. But the weird thing was that Jessica kept on looking
over from her table to ours. And it was a little creepy. But I
didn’t care.
At the end of the lunch
period, the bell rang and we all rushed through the hallways.
And halfway through the crossway in the middle of the school,
someone pulled my arm and dragged me into the janitors closet.
It was dark and I couldn’t tell who it
was.
“Ok, so I want to help
you but you make it so hard for me to do that.” She
said.
“Help me from
what?” I asked.
“You must be blind, Adam
is cheating on you.” She said.
“Is this
Jessica?”
“No, I hate her.
She’s the one Adam cheated on me
with.”
“So wait, is he a
cheater?”
“Well supposedly, he was
caught making out with Melanie.”
“MELANIE!?!” I
gasped. The 2nd bell rang.
“Wait,” she pulled
me in as I reached for the door, “they are said to be
going on a date to the park right after
school.”
“Ok, so I should go
there and spy on them?”
“Yupp, have fun with
that. And if anyone asks,” she opened the door that
revealed her face. It was Angelica. “You didn’t
hear it from me.” She walked out and slammed the door in
my face. I ended up being 5 minutes late to class. It was on
the other side of the
building.
