I wrote a suicide note, just in case. I wrote a f/cking suicide note, and the worst part is, everyone thinks I'm okay and that I don't feel like this anymore. They think that I can take the glares in the hallway, that her comments don't get to me, well they do. Every single look, every word, everytime she pushes past me bumping her shoulder against mine just makes me feel so small. Sometimes I think that I would never have the strength to kill myself, but other times, when I really think about it, I know I could. It would be as simple as telling everyone I was going to sleep, they just wouldn't know how long. 
I'm determined to beat this, to beat her. But sometimes It just feels so impossible.

You say it's hard for you, but I'm suicidal and depressed, imagine what I'm going through.

I recently gave an autobiography to my health teacher, and in this essay I told him i was suicidal but i was getting help and that i wasnt ashamed to admit it and today henwas handing them back and he asked me to see him after class, when I went to see him he told me how proud he was of me that i wasnt ashamed, and he said no one should ever be ashamed, i cried and i never cry, he told me he was happy i was here.
so heres a huge thank you to Mr. Kennedy who made me glad to be alive, you will never know the impact you had on me
