hey, welcome to peaceful_layouts. if you need a new layout for your page/profile just ask me. i just wnat you to know that i do not take requests in any order +& that they will be submitted as "quotes" i will put an example of the layout and write who requested it. to geth the code for your profile, click the "get code" button near the commenting and rating boxes. if your still having trouble, then just ask me for the code. Your requests shouldn't take too long and you can ask for as many of these boxes as you want that can fit all together as one layout. Also i can add headlines like your name or screename or a quote you like. i can even add an "about me" title or anything for the scroll box. i have a list of what you need to answer before you give a request. thanks && i hope you like my layouts! :]

is the city one supposed to be mine??? ok i dont know how to say this so ill just say it....IM SO SO SO SO SO SO SO SO SO SO SO SO SO (YOU GET THE IDEA) sorry but i have another layout now....BUT ILL ADD THIS ONE AROUND THE VERY BEGINIGN OF AUGUST (or when ever you finish it) oh.my.God. SORRY!!!! (i love it)

okay, well first you make the code for the background. then use this code for scrolls
div style="overflow:auto;height:100px;width:100px;"
you can change the 100s to whatever number you want.
and then you can add float:right; to make the scroll do to the right and float:left; to make it go to the left.
