I personally thing that you should stick with guy #1. He seems like he really cares about you, and if niether of you care about age then it doesn't matter. Also he might not be as open as some other people which is why he doesn't kiss you and stuff in public.

You could always get him something special, like lets say you had a inside joke about ducks. You could get him a toy duck. If you want to get him something more expensive you could always give him those cool new sneakers or the skateboard he wants or the newest sportsgear. It all depends on what he likes.
