Depression
Aren't something that you should joke about.
Depression isn't waking up and saying, "Im sad today."
It isn't being sad because your boyfriend broke up with you.
It's like something that is holding you back. It litterally makes it hard to get out of bed.
you get hit with these horrible random thoughts of how the world would be better without you.
It gets to the point where you can't fake a smile.
Self harm isn't for attention.
It's taking away pain, by adding more.
The relief that happens with self harm is amazing.
for that moment, whatever you're doing weather it's burning, or cutting, or bruising, you feel great.
Its not something that you show your friends and brag and complain about
its something that you hide as well as you can,
because you're afraid of the looks people will give you.
They aren't jokes, they are disorders.
