WHOA PEOPLE STILL USE

WITTY?!?

That Moment When...

You see your best friend's ex-boyfriend and you both stare at each other awkwardly not knowing what to say

That Moment When You Can't Stop Smiling Thinking About The Moment When Your Crush Called You Beautiful....

Yeah I like that moment<3<3

Yesterday when I went shopping with my mom this girl, who's probably around 11, came up to me and told me I was really pretty,

I have no clue who she is but she literally made my day!

I guess the "lesson" in this is just because you don't think your pretty doesn't mean that you're not!

Chapter 33
Cassidy's P.O.V
"Where's my straightener?" I asked jumping across my bed to get to my suitcase.
"Over by your mirror, I think!" Lexi said as she grabbed some stuff and put it in her own suitcase. My parents let Lexi and Annabell sleep over last night since we were leaving some what early this morning.
"When did you say we were leaving?" Annabell asked me zipping up her hot pink suitcase.
"10, the guys are suppose to be here at like 9:50 though." I said grabbing my straightener and putting it in my pink and gold zebra print suitcase. Drew was going to pick up John and Jesse so there wouldn't be a ton of cars in our driveway while we were gone.
"Cass, it's 9:49!" Lexi said pointing at the clock.
"Wholly crap!" I said rushing to grab the extra things I needed. I zipped up my suitcase as Lexi finished packing too.
"Next time I say we pack the night before," Annabell said laying across my bed.
"Agreed!" Lexi and I both said laughing as we sat down on my bed.
"Cass, Drew's here!" Luke hollered up to us.
"Okay!" I hollered back down to him. We all got off the bed and headed down the stairs. When we got downstairs I saw Drew, John and Jesse talking to Luke.
"Hey babe," John said when he saw Lexi. They're adorable, I thought as John leaned down and kissed Lexi sweetly on the forehead.
"Hey cutie," Annabell said as she walked over to Jesse and gave him a hug. Since they started off as friends they wanted to take their relationship slower than usual. I respected their choice but you could tell they both wanted more.
"Hey there my beautiful girlfriend," Drew whispered in my ear as he wrapped his arms around me.
"Hi," I said looking up at his gorgeous face. I met his lips halfway as we started kissing.
"PDA!!!" Luke's friend yelled as he walked into the house.
"Oh shut up Garett! You're just jealous," I said pushing him away. Luke and Garett have been friends forever, Garett is basically like my other little brother. Except this little brother has had the biggest crush on me for a hwile now.
"So what if I am!" Garett said setting his suitcase down beside the door.
"You're too young for me," I said laughing as Luke walked into the room.
"Hey Luke, are you ever gonna tell your sister that me and her are gonna get married some day!" Garett said laughing as I shoved him aside.
"Garett I'd like you to meet my boyfriend Drew!" I said smirking as Garett looked over at Drew.
"You've got good taste my man!" Garett said fist bumping Drew.
"I know," Drew said as he pulled me close to his chest. I rested my head on his chest as his hand slid so that it was resting on my butt. I blushed a little but I let him keep his hand there.
"Cmon kids let's get the show on the road!" My dad said walking into the room. I felt Drew remove his hand from my butt once he saw my dad walk in the room.
"Yay!" We all said as we grabbed our bags.
"Here I'll take that for ya my lady!" Jesse said taking Annabell's bag from her.
"Got ourself a little gentleman over here, I see!" John said laughing as we piled out the door.
"I wish I had one of those!" Lexi said bumping up against John jokingly.
"I am too a gentleman!" John said sliding his hand into Lexi's.
"Promising me that you'll go easy on me while we go skiing is not being a gentleman!" Lexi said as Drew unlocked the car doors. We all were laughing as my mom walked over to us.
"So kids, you'll all take this car and the rest of us will take my car, okay? And Drew you can just follow us!" my mom said.
"Yeah that's fine! Thank you Mrs.Smith," Drew said politely as he smiled at her.
"Okay see you guys there! Call me if you guys end up getting lost, Okay Cass?" my mom said before she walked away.
"I know Mom, I will!" I said as my mom walked back over to her car.
"Let's go!!!!" The guys yelled as they put the last of the bags in the trunk.
"Yay!" I yelled as I hopped in the front seat with Drew.

Chapter 32
(part 2)

Drew's P.O.V
"Cmon little munchkin, let's eat!" My mom said to Addison as she ran over to us. I picked her up and put her in the chair next to my mom. Then I walked over and pulled a chair out for Cassidy.
"Oh what a gentleman!" Cassidy said laughing as she sat down.
"Well I had to teach him something!" my mom said laughing as she put food on Addi's plate.
"Good lesson!" Cassidy said as she reached for some chicken alfredo.
"You want some babe?" Cassidy asked me reaching for my plate.
"Sure," I said smiling at her as I slid my arm around her lower back.
"Keep it approperiate, there's a little girl at the table!" Cassidy whispered as she passed my plate back to me. I smiled as I moved my arm.
"So mom can I ask you a question?" I asked after a while. I still hadn't asked my mom about going with Cassidy over break.
"Of course Drew, what's up?" My mom asked as she wiped some noodles off Addi's face.
"Well Cassidy's family is going to a ski resort for break and asked me if I wanted to tag along so I was wondering if it was okay. I know it's two weeks but I'll call you ever day and we can skype and stuff!" I said questioningly as I watched her face me. I could see Cassidy kind of sitting there awkwardly not knowing if she should say something or not.
"Please mommy," I said pouting. My mom and Cassidy both started laughing after I did this.
"This actually works out perfectly!" my mom said smiling.
"Really? How?" I asked confused.
"Well Aunt Carrie asked us to go visit her over break!" she said taking another bite of her dinner.
"I don't like my Aunt Carrie that much," I told Cassidy filling her in on why this worked out.
"Drew!" Cassidy said whipping her napkin at me.
"No it's fine honestly Cassidy! Most of the family doesn't like her that much either!" my mom said laughing, smiling at Cassidy's reaction.
"So can I go with Cassidy or no? John and some of our friends will be there too! And of course her family will be there!" I said pleadingly.
"Of course you can! But you have to call me every night!" my mom said pointing at me.
"Yay I love you mommy!" I said jumping out of my chair like a little kid. I ran over and gave her a hug then kissed her on top of her head. Addi squealed as I picked her up and spun her around. Cassidy stood up so I ran over to her too.
"Two weeks, me and you!" I said as I picked her up bridal style.
"You're so weird!" she said laughing as she jumped out of my arms.
*          *          *
"I should probably be getting home soon!" Cassidy said pulling away form my arms. We were cuddling watching TV. My mom and Addi were on the other couch, Addi practically asleep. It was 8:30 which is late for Addi but she insisted on staying up since Cassidy was here.
"You can stay as long as you want Cassidy!" my mom said.
"No it's okay, my parents are probably wondering where I am! But thank you for the offer!" Cassidy said politely.
"I'll walk you to the door," I said standing up.
"So I was thinking kids, why don't you guys borrow my car for your trip. It's bigger than yours and Drew's cars!" My mom said standing up.
"Are you serious?" I asked excited. I loved her car, it was a red Ford Escape.
"Are you sure?" Cassidy asked surprised.
"Yeah it's only me and Addi going to Carrie's, we'll be fine driving Drew's car." my mom said smiling.
"Oh my god! Thank you so much!" Cassidy said walking towards my mom. My mom put her arms out and gave Cassidy a hug.
"It's my pleasure," my mom said smiling at Cassidy as they pulled away form their hug.
"Okay well I guess I'll see you Sunday morning!" Cassidy said happily as she said bye to my mom.
"See you then! It was great meeting you Cassidy!" my mom sitting back down on the couch.
"Same here!" Cassidy said as we walked to the front door. Once we got to the door I spun Cassidy around so she was facing me. I met Cassidy half way for our kiss. I pulled her closer to me as I kept kissing her.
"Drew I've gotta go!" Casidy whispered, giggling as I kissed her neck.
"Okay, I love you!" I said as I pecked her softly on the lips.
"I love you too," she said smiling before she stepped out the door.

Chapter 32
(part 1)

Drew's P.O.V
The words tumbled out of my mouth before I knew what was happening. I've thought about if I really did love Cassidy and I came to a conclusion that I did but I didn't know when or how to tell her. I watched as Cassidy's face turned bright pink.
"That just slipped out didn't it?" I asked laughing a little as I rolled off Cassidy. I landed close beside her. I looked over at her and noticed she looked kind of nervous.
"Yeah it did," she said.
"Cass," I said concerned. She seemed sad or something and I didn't know why. Was it what I said?
She rolled on her side so she was facing me. She propped herself up on her elbow and looked at me.
"Do you really love me or is it just something to say?" Cassidy asked me looking down at the bed. She played with the comforter waiting for an answer. I propped myself up on my elbow too looking right at her.
"Look, I don't know what love is but I know that when I say that it feels right. It feels like everything is right in the world! Being with you has made my life so much better Cass, you don't even know!" I said to her. I tilted her chin up with my finger so she was looking at me too. I got lost in her eyes as I leaned in and started kissing her. I felt her smile as she slid as close as she could to me.
"I don't know what love is either Drew, but being with you makes me want to know!" she whispered to me. She leaned back in and started kissing me again. I slid my arm around her so that it was resting on her lower back. I felt her get shivers but she didn't move my arm. We kissed a little bit longer but soon both pulled away, both our faces were flushed. I brushed my nose against hers and then pulled away so I could look at her gorgeous face.
"I love you too!" she said smiling. Her saying that made my life.
"Drew time for dinner!" my mom called up to us. Way to ruin the mood, I thought.
"I bet I can beat you downstairs!" Cassidy challenged me as we both jumped off the bed.
"Watch out!" I yelled as I grabbed her and threw her over my shoulder. She beated her fists on my back as we ran down the stairs. We laughed the whole way downstairs.
"Whoa watch out!" my mom said as we ran into the kitchen. I put Cassidy back down on the ground.
"That was scary!" she said smacking my chest with her hand.
"Oh you liked it!" I whispered in her ear as I leaned down and gave her a kiss on the cheek. I saw her face turn pink when she noticed my mom watching us.
"Your father and I use to be that way," my mom said smiling slightly as she placed some plates down on the counter.
"I bet you guys were cute!" Cassidy smiling at her. I watched as my mom's eyes got a little watery but then went away as Cassidy smiled sweetly at her.
"Here I'll take that for you mom," I said grabbing the plates from her. Cassidy grabbed the forks and followed me to the table.
"Oh Cassidy you don't have to do that!" my mom said walking over with the napkins.
"No honestly it's fine!" Cassidy said as she reached across the table to set a fork down near me. I brushed my hand against hers and she looked up and smiled at me.

Chapter 31
(part 3)

Cassidy's P.O.V
"My dad was a police officer. I was worried about him everytime I heard about a shooting or a bombing. After a while I tried not to worry about him. He was strong and a fighter, he could get through anything." Drew said his eyes filling with tears again.
"One day he came home and he told me about a new case he was working on. There was a kid around my age that had a drug addict mom and an abusive dad. The dad would make him fight kids younger than him or much older than him. When the kid didn't win he'd get the crap kicked out of him from his dad. My dad said that the dad would sometimes threaten to shoot the kid if he didn't win. The mom was too high most of the time to even pay attention to what was happening. My dad became the lead police officer in the case. He tried to fight to get custody of the kid but the dad wouldn't let him. The dad told him to leave his family alone or he'd be sorry. But my dad was stupid and didn't give up!" Drew said the tears pouring out.
"He fought for what was right Drew! You would have done the same, I know you would!" I said wiping away Drew's tears.
"My dad told the kid's dad that the next time he heard about his son fighting and getting the crap kicked out of him he would kill him. He said he'd be happy to put a bullet right through his head. He didn't care if he would get arrested or be fired, he just wanted justice for the kid." Drew said the tears still pouring. I knew what was coming next and I couldn't help but start tearing up.
"A couple days later my mom got a call. The dad, that was part of the case my dad was in charge of, shot my dad, right through the head. He then shot him through the stomach and stomped on his body. I couldn't stop reading over the case. I would read it over and over again. I promised myself if I ever saw that low life guy that shot my dad he would get it! I would kill him!" Drew said trying to wipe the tears away but they kept coming.
"You're dad was a hero Drew! He fought for that kid, he tried to save him from his life!" I said wiping my eyes.
"He got himself shot Cassidy!" Drew said, the hurt and anger mixing. I leaned in and started kissing away his tears. They tasted salty but I kept kissing them.
"He died a hero! If people knew his story they wouldn't forget it, they'd keep it with them forever. Like I'm gonna," I said quietly looking deep in his bright blue eyes. Drew leaned in a started kissing me. He wrapped his arms tight around me and brought me closer. We kept kissing and I could feel him start to smile again. I felt Drew push me back so I was on my back and he was on top of me. I smiled through our kiss as I tangled my fingers in his hair. I let his tongue slip in to my mouth as we kept kissing. I felt Drew slip his hand under my shirt. It went up so that it was about an inch below my bra. I expected him to undo my bra put he didn't, he just kept his hand there. It sent shivers up my spine. Drew moved his lips so that they were kissing my neck. He started nibbling on my earlope which tickled. I balled up part of his shirt in my fist trying not to squeal. Drew moved his lips down to my chest. I felt him moving his lips closer and closer to my breasts. I felt goosebumps form as he then moved his lips slowly back up to my lips. I didn't want the kiss to end but Drew soon pulled away. Our faces were bright pink as we looked deep into each others eyes.
"You're amazing Cassidy!" Drew said softly as he brush his nose against mine.
"You are too," I said quietly taking in his smell as he pulled his face away from mine.
"I love you Cassidy Smith," Drew said sweetly. I felt my heart stop and my face turn bright pink. I've always imagined him saying this to me but it was never like this.
This was much more perfect!

Oh my godddd!!!! He said  I love you!!! Ahhhh!
So did anyone expect that story about his dad?

Chapter 31
(part 2)

Cassidy's P.O.V
"You guys looked happy," I said quietly. I didn't know what happened to Drew's dad but I definitely wasn't going to ask.
"Yeah we were," Drew said. He wrapped his arm around me and I could hear the hurt in his voice. I set the picture back down and turned around so I was facing Drew. His eyes were watery and he looked like he was deep in thought. I wrapped my arms around his torso and buried my head in his chest. I felt him wrap both his arms around me and rest his chin on my head.
"Come on," Drew whispered in my ear as he grabbed my hand.
"We'll be upstairs Mom," Drew said to his mom as we passed the kitchen.
"Don't do anything stupid!" His mom said laughing, looking over at us as we passed. Oh god what does she think of me, I thought as we started up the stairs.
When we got to the top of the stairs we took a left and walked right into his room. It was basically like any guys room, boring with clothes all over the place, sports posters everywhere and some video games near the TV. One thing that did catch my eye though was the pictures near his bed. I saw a couple Drew and I took when we went shopping. But the one that caught my eye the most was the one of him and his dad, it was the same exact picture I saw downstairs.
"Are you okay?" I asked Drew sitting down next to him on the bed.
"Yeah," Drew answered quickly turning his head away from me.
"Drew Burk look at me!" I said laughing as I tried turning his head towards me. He kept fighting it but I could feel him smiling. Finally he gave up and looked at me, his eyes were kind of watery.
"Look at that handsome face!" I said laughing and smiling, my hands still on his face. I traced the outline of his lips as he kissed my finger. I leaned in and started kissing him, trying to get his mind off his dad. He kissed back but I could tell he wasn't into the kiss.
"Babe what's wrong? Please tell me!" I said looking at him seriously. He leaned back against his headboard so I cuddled up next to him. I looked up at him and looked down at me.
"You're not gonna give up on this are you?" Drew asked smiling. He wrapped his arm around me and placed his hand on my lower back. I felt shivers like always. Drew didn't wait for me to answer.
"It's been two and a half years since my dad died," he said quietly. He put his arm so it was around my neck.
"I'm so sorry," I said as I started playing with his hand.
"It's been really hard on my whole family." Drew told me. I didn't say anything because I wanted him to continue. He needed to get it off his chest, it'll help him feel better.
"Addi doesn't even remember dad," Drew said I could hear the hurt coming back. I buried my head in his torso trying to comfort him.
"She stares at the picture and she goes 'Drewy who's that'. You don't even know how hard it is explaining to her that it's her dad and that he loved her with all his heart," Drew said. The water starting to come out of his eyes. I felt myself starting to tear up as I got on top of him. I straddled him and wiped a tear away.
"No, no I don't," I said quietly waiting for him to go on.
"It's hard Cass, it hurts even more when you can't get over him dying. It's been almost three freakin years and I haven't been gotten over it!" Drew said angrily. He ran a hand through his hair as the tears started coming faster.
"Baby it's okay!" I said rubbing his arm with my hand. I waited for him to keep talking but he didn't.
"Do you wanna explain what happened to me? Maybe I can help you through this," I said quietly to him looking him deep in the eyes.
"I was thirteen almost fourteen when he died. I was devastated when I found out. My dad and I were always close. He was the one that got me through the tough times in school when I barely had any friends. He taught me how to defend myself when the guys started pushing me in lockers and all that stuff. He taught me how to talk to girls," Drew said smiling as he looked at me.
"He taught you to slap girls butts?" I asked laughing.
"No I'm pretty sure Jay taught me that!" Drew said laughing. His smile and laugh then faded as he went on with the story.
