Chapter Two

The big ‘welcome freshman’ dance was coming up and I was super pumped to go! It was Friday and I was over my best friends house, we just met and yes we were like born to be best friends!  It was my second time over her house and we were getting ready to go to the football game later on that night.  We hung out in the basement and talked about high school and watched Drake and Josh.  Hahaha #winning I know right!? When it was time to leave we walked over to the fields.  All the frosh class went to the games so it was a great way to make friends.  We met up with our girls and hung around. 
My one new friend, Chrissie, had a huge crush on this boy named Garry.  Okay, okay his names kinda dorky and reminds you of the snail from SpongeBob, doesn’t it? Well he was actually a super cute quarterback.  A smart one, like super smart.  He’s in my grade and he’s in some AP class…CRAZY I KNOW! So anyway she went up and being her flirty self started hitting on him.  I wasn’t surprised at all.  So I was over there with her and Garry and I started talking too. He had the prettiest eyes and I completely fell for him…*stupidest girl right here, I know* I shouldn’t be liking my friends’ guy, but you can’t control the heart now can you!?  I wasn’t expecting anything much too happen with me and Garry anyway, since I’m not that good at flirting.

How Life Goes

Chapter One

High School.  It wasn’t that big of a deal as everyone thinks it is.  I was super nervous all summer for nothing!  I had no clue how to do my make-up or hair, or if I would even fit in!  September 9th kept creeping up closer and closer.  I was shaking so hard on the first day, Orientation Day.  I remember my big buddy showing me around all the halls and my new shoes giving me disgusting blisters from all the walking.  When I went to homeroom I met some really good friends and can never forget my super hot homeroom teacher hahaha! But I honestly think that I was more nervous on the 2ndday of school when all the grades attended.  On that first day I remember how completely freaked I was about going to this big school, and scared about cliques.  Turns out, everyone (mostly everyone) was super nice and easy to get along with!  I made lots of new friends with the people I sat next to in class, and my locker buddies.  One thing I hated was my bus.  It was always one of the more crowded ones and you were lucky if you got a seat to yourself.  I hated taking the bus to school and home.  But soon I made friends on my bus and everything was going well. 

But around the second week of school everything changed….

Introduction

Panic over-whelmed me as September drew closer and closer. It was mid August already and I haven't finished reading my summer reading, or my 100 problem math packet. As every summer goes I spend every day relaxing on the beach and running around with my summer friends. Yes, I was 14 and still ran around bare footed and didn't care about getting scraped up. The summer months were what I dreamed of all year and prayed they'd never leave once they came. But there is an end to everything. And my end to this summer was High School.
