And I just wanna quit...
nobody cares. My parents; my friends; nobody.
I get straight A's. I'm captin of my school soccer
teamand score a hat trick in 90% of the games.
Besides soccer I play softball. Starting thrid
baseman and a homerun hitter. Not just softball,
I swim too. Junior Olympics 3 years in a row.
I can also run a mile faster than 90% of the guys
in my grade. Yeah, I'm sort of an athlete...
I do all of my chores before I go out with friends.
Oh, and did I mention that I work too? Yup, teach
swimming lessons to kids 8 and under. I also
babysit in my freetime. But yet Friday nights
I am able to hang out with friends. I have some
of the best friends too. They are with me through
everything. I do all of these things. People
look at me and don't think anything of it
because it's just how I am. How I've always been.
But nobody sees it. Nobody sees how much
effort I put in to be able to do all of this.
Nobody appriciates it. And sometimes; sometimes
I just wanna quit...
I wanna quit being me.
