hey guys (:
I'm just starting "My Life As Me..."
but if people don't like it, then i have another idea up my sleeve....
Me and Mark
texted all through that night and through all of my classes. He
wasn't someone I would normally associate myself with. He was
one of those rich kids I was talking about before and he had
athletic ability. His future in the school was secure. His daddy
could pay the professors if he was failing so that he could
continue to play sports.
And I didn't care. For once in my life people started talking
to me. Me and Mark were pretty much a thing and I went to my
first college party. There was a lot of alcohol and a lot of
drugs. I didn't do any of that because I had one of my
midterms the next day but everyone remembered me as the girl Mark
was dating.
I felt powerful, I felt loved.
After that party, Mark started growing distant and I was
beginning to get worried. Were my fifteen minutes of fame up
already?
He texted me after my midterm for Psych:
Mark- Hey babe, wanna meet up for lunch?
Maci- Of course, give me five minutes?
Mark- If I have to :P
When I got to the dining hall to meet up with him there were
girls surrounding him. When he saw me he stepped away and
embraced me.
"How was it?" he asked me.
"Well... I don't think I failed." I said
laughing.
"Let's celebrate with a party tonight." he said in
front of all of his friends. "But don't be so prude
tonight. Live a little." he whispered to me.
I was scared at the tone of his voice, it was demanding. Not
teasing like usual. But I didn't care. Mark was throwing a
college party...for me.
Part
Two
Kathryn was
clinging onto some guy that was in my Psych class when she barged
through the door. When I have no lights on and am laying in bed,
you'd think she'd be more considerate. But that's
just her. She's fine other than that.
"Umm Mace?" she started.
"I know...I'm leaving. Even though it's 2 a.m."
I said angrily. I didn't bother changing and walked out of
the room and slammed the door. I took a History textbook. Might
as well study for my midterm.
When I got into the library there was a a geeky-looking kid in
there and the the librarian. I sat down in a chair and cracked
open the text book when the kid walked up to me. Like I wanted a
conversation.
"Hey, I'm Mark." he said and sat down at the same
table as me.
"I'm studying." I told him.
Maybe that's why I didn't have fun, I didn't want to
talk to anybody.
"Hello Studying. Pretty name." he joked. He didn't
get the hint. I looked up at him and realized he had gorgeous
green eyes. He actually wasn't that geeky-looking. I think he
was on the basketball team.
"I'm sorry...it's early. My name is Maci." I
told him.
"That's a nicer name." he smiled. "What brings
you to the library so early."
I wished my hair didn't look so disgusting and it was falling
in my face. He pushed it back.
"My roommate.." I didn't need to explain further.
He laughed.
"Mine too. Don't worry." Mark said.
"So...." he said as I looked back into my book.
"I usually don't have to try this hard to get dates. Do
you know who I am?" he asked teasing.
"You wanted a date with me?" I asked laughing.
"Um...yeah. I sorta did." he sounded nervous.
I got up when my phone vibrated:
Kathryn - He was a dunce. You can come back.
"I hope you'll take a rain check." I closed my book
and got up.
"Wait, Maci!" Mark shouted. The librarian shushed
him.
Seriously....nobody was even in there with us.
"You took my phone..." he said.
I had grabbed the wrong phone. "I'm so sorry!" I
said and we switched phones.
My phone vibrated again. It was an unknown number. Mark had
already walked away.
"I take rainchecks."
...he had called himself from my phone to get my number.
Sneaky.
Maybe this was the start of my social life.
Part 1: B
Hi, my name is
Maci and I'm in a little bit of a pickle. I just got into the
college of my dreams, the name shall not be enclosed to you
because I don't want you stalking me. Everybody says that
college is the greatest experience of your life.
When you're family is counting on you to be the top student
in your class because they have no money and have sacrificed
everything for you to get there it's different. You're
not a spoiled rich kid whose daddy bought seven wings for the
college and got in before they even applied. This is serious and
you don't have time to party because you don't want to
let anyone down.
Do you know how much it sucks when your roommate leaves for
parties every night and comes back with a new man forcing you to
study in the library? Not saying I want to do as Kathryn does,
but I would like to have some fun.
Meet people.
And that's where my story starts. With me meeting
someone.

Part One:
A
Still Breathing
Okay so if you've read my past
stories I like to base them off of songs. I put my iPod on
shuffle and came up with Still Breathing by Mayday Parade.
Well I'm going to start it, but it'd be cool if you
listen to the song on youtube to get the jist of it. Thanks
:D
She's So Lovely
"I love the way she plays it
cool"
I was staring ahead as Robbie and
Rebecca walked away. I turned to the side to see if Colleen was
still there. She wasn't. She was walking ahead and turned
around smiling,"Are you coming or not?" she joked and
came back and took my hand and pulled. "I know school is
bad, but I shouldn't have to drag you in."
"Oh, it's not that." I replied,"I was just
taking it all in. This is my first day you kn-"
"I'm going to have to work with you Jens. It was a joke.
You were supposed to laugh." she smiled and ripped my
schedule out of my hand. And she frowned.
"What?" I asked as we got in the building. I slowly
lifted up her chin with my hand and looked into her eyes. Was
something wrong?
She started laughing and smiled before I dropped my hand,
blushing. "I was sad that we only have last period together
you mongoose." A bell. "Well, we gotta be getting to
our homerooms. See you later!"
"Wait!" I tried to call after her. I ended up muttering
to myself. "How am I a mongoose?"
I looked at my schedule. She had dropped me off right in front of
my homeroom. I knew I liked her. She was very nice.

School. Sucks.
Okay, so every body was fawning over me and Robbie. We had all of
our classes together. They were all touching my hair and asking
me to pronounce words. I wanted to slap the boys, since I
don't hit girls or even think about it. Well. That's not
entirely true, I do think about it....
ACH MEIN GOTT!!! I forgot. Plane girl goes to my school. She
winked at me and I didn't know what to do. She was
like,"Oh we know each other already. So all you girls back
off."
Robbie choked because he was laughing so hard. I got up and moved
my desk. I hope the teacher didn't mind. She was weird
though...
Last period was great. Plane girl was there and of course so was
Colleen. When I walked in Colleen waved at me and told me to come
sit by her. Naturally, I did. She asked how my day was and she
wasn't even trying but she was pulling me to her. I
couldn't take my eyes off of her, she kept glancing at me and
laughing.
At the end, Plane Girl, whose name apparently is
"Slu/t" because thats what all the girls were calling
her (I've never heard of a girl named that but I guess that
is America for you...), was trying to hug me and I stood stiff as
a board. I didn't want to hug her. She smelled of too much
perfume. Colleen hung back and wasn't even jealous, I was
quite upset. When we were walking home she bumped into
me.
"So I guess you and Ashley are quite close." she said
teasing me.
"Who is that?" I asked.
She laughed,"The girl who hugged you? She's been telling
every body at school to stay away from you. Just talking to you
now may get me in trouble." she said and laughed.
"Oh. I thought her name was Slu/t. That's what all the
girls called her." I then shied away,"I don't want
you to get in trouble. It's quite alright if you want to walk
ahead, I understand."
Colleen laughed hysterically. "Umm...Slu/t is a derogatory
term Jens. That's a bad thing. It isn't her name."
She then linked arms with me. "We're best friends,
I'm kidding you can't take me so seriously."
"Best friends?" I asked.
"Forever, of course!" she said. She hugged me and ran
up the driveway to her house. "Talk to you
tomorrow?"
"Naturally." I replied. I got into the house and Robbie
grabbed me in a chokehold.
"Aww, looks like Jens got himself a girl!" he said
smiling.
"Shut up Robbie. Grow up." I reprimanded him and walked
upstairs into my room.
Wait..was she really my girl?
(Comment/Fave please. I feel as though nobody is
reading.)
She's So Lovely
"She looks just like them
girls from
'Vogue'."
Okay, so maybe this entry will be a
little more clear. My head was spinning yesterday. The minute I
got inside and realized I had a bed I laid down on it and went
to sleep. I woke up and it was already the next morning. School
started for me and my brother and my sister this morning
because Father had been back and forth between Germany and the
USA because he wanted to have every thing set up for us when we
got here. I wore a plain black t-shirt and jeans that
were sort of fitted. They weren't down my bum though, that
just looks like trash.
My sister looked very pretty like usual. And
Robbie...well he's the trash I was referring to...
When we walked out of my home, we [okay, I] noticed that the
red-head was sitting on her porch and when we approached
grabbed a lunch bag and started to walk down her driveway
towards us. "Hello!" she said.
We all turned and Robbie whispered,"Pretend to speak
German only. We need to get to school." She walked over.
"Are you guys new? Where are you from?" Robbie winked
at me and answered.
"Wir kommen aus Deutschland!" (We're from
Germany) with a smug look on his face he nudged me.
"Oh? Das ist sehr gut. Ich bin in Deutsch Klasse
in Schule." (Oh? That is very good. I am in German class
in school.) she replied and looked at me, knowing that she had
foiled Robbie's plot.
My stomach dropped, her eyes were gorgeous. She could be a
model...
"Sorry, I am Jens, this is Robbie and meine Schwester
(my sister) is Rebecca." I introduced us as we hurried on
our way to school. I began to follow the mysterious girl
because I had no idea where we were supposed to be going...
"I'm Colleen." she replied. "Is this your
first day?"
"Yeah, actually. Is it that easy to tell?" Rebecca
asked laughing.
"No, no. I just noticed the moving vans." Colleen
said smiling.
"Moving vans?" Rebecca looked at me for a
translation.
" 'Moving' Auto." I said, not trying to give
her too much of a clue, she really needed to learn English
better.
"OH!" said Rebecca and blushed. "My English is
very poor." she explained to Colleen.
"Well, my German is poor. Maybe we could help each
other." Colleen said smiling.
"Definitely." Rebecca said and turned to me.
"Ich mag ihr!" (I like her)
"Ich kann versteht das." Colleen said [I can
understand that].
We all smiled.
"Let's just stick to English for now..." Robbie
pleaded, "I'm getting very confused."
We saw the school and I took a deep
breath.
