But like everyone else is saying, eat healthy foods, but it's good to treat yourself for the hard work! Fiber plus bars are REALLY good and REALLY heathly! Also, Yoga 3 times a week REALLY helps! During each pose, breathe in and out you're mouth, it boosts metabolism for faster results(:

hey, im sure youre beatiful the way you are. buut just eat only healthy foods for a few weeks, and youre shore to lose weight and while you at it if you exercise a little every day youll lose even more. but maybe just start with the healthy food. hope it helps.
i'm sure u dnt need to and that ur georgeous but whatever u do DO NOT UNDER ANY CURCOMSTANSES become anorexic or belimic. it will ruin ur life. im so not kidding. try eating healthy food or limiting what you eat ( i do not mean dont eat anything i mean like if ur about to binge then think hey do i really need to put all this into my systam?) i found some good vegetables that i like (sugar snaped peas and apples) that i eat like 24/7. and yeah occasinaly (okay fine a little coughLOTcough more then ocasionaly) i pig out but hey imma girl :) hope this helped. <33
