softball players arent too weak to hit a baseball its a whole different game i would like too see some chearleaders try to do what i do. for volleyball practice the whole team runs 2 miles EVERYDAY and 10 minutes of sprints EVERYDAY dont try too tell me chearleaders do that. i mean i do give props to throwing people up in the air but have you tryed to hit a 60 mph softball?
