Today is the 11th anniversary of
9/11.
Today went
on just like any other day.
My school made no recognition that
today was of any importance.
Only ONE of my teachers spoke about the events that took
place on this day 11 years ago.
I didn't hear any students talking about it.
There was no moment of silence to remember those who lost
their lives.
Why isn't this date still important to everyone
