well, i say to maybe drop it. iknow its really hard, i HATE breakups. esp when the guy ment the WORLD to you. if he is planning stuff then saying he cant its probably because he wants to do this stuff but maybe not with you. no offence to you at all. this happened to me before and he dated my other friend. the guy wants you, but maybe has someone else in mind.it happened to me and it sucks.but if you need anything else, im here to help(:
