As I went to bed that night I realized that when I went back home, I might not see Matt again. We only lived a few hours apart but still, it would be hard to see each other often. Matt was nearly perfect for me, he made me feel more confident the way he said I was different than other girls.

I got up around 10:30 wondering how I would find Matt. I forgot to get his number, I decided I would just go to the beach where I met him yesterday. I applied mascara and eyeliner and left my hair natural. I put on a blue bikini with roses and a red dress over it :
http://www.polyvore.com/mollys_second_beach_outfit/set?id=35099970. I grabbed a bagel at the hotel's buffet and headed off to the beach. I spotted Carina with another girl in the water as I walked onto the beach. I didn't see Matt anywhere so I took off my dress and got in the water.
"Hey Carina," I said.
"Hi Molly!" She replied."This is my friend Nicole." I greeted Nicole and swam with her and Carina for awhile.
"Molly!" Someone shouted from the shore. I looked around, I saw Matt standing in the sand.
"How'd you know where to find me?" I asked him.
"I guess I got lucky, I was wondering where you'd be and I thought this would be a good place to look," he stated. " Do you really want to swim, or do you want me to take you somewhere else around town?"
"Surprise me," I responded playfully. He kissed me.
"Come on," he insisted. He handed me my bag and we got into his car. He drove us to a little park near the beach. I slid on my dress so I wouldn't be as cold. He came up and took my hand. We sat on a bench on the edge of the park and looked at the ocean. It started to pour, Matt took his jacket off and put it around my shoulders, I smiled. He smiled back but his smile faded quickly.
"What's wrong?" I asked him.
"Molly, when are you leaving?" he asked. I realized that I was leaving that night, I needed to pack.
"Tonight," I whispered.
"When am I going to see you again," he asked softly.
"I'm not sure," I admitted.
"I love you Molly," he stated. It started raining harder, Matt leaned in and we kissed. I felt as if I had cancer and this was one of my last minutes to live, all because I had to leave Matt.
"I love you too," I whispered. He put his arm around me, and I put my head on his shoulder. I was really going to miss him.
"Have you packed?" he asked.
"No, not yet," I admitted.
"Come on," he said and took my hand.
"What hotel are you staying at?" he asked me as I got into his car.
"The Marriott," I said softly. He drove to my hotel, I was sad that this was goodbye. Matt got out off the car and walked into the hotel.
"Where are you going?" I asked him.
"You didn't think I was going to say goodbye now did you? Come on, we have to pack," he stated. I laughed. It was odd the way he said "we" have to pack.

Matt pulled into the parking lot of the beach and parked the car.
"Is this what you wanted to show me?" I asked confused.
"Relax, you'll know what I wanted to show you when you see it," he stated. He took off his shoes, and headed down to the water. I did the same. We started walking down the beach on the edge of the water.
"I think I know how your different from other girls," he said thoughtfully.
"How?" I laughed.
"Your not afraid of what people think of you, you show everyone the true you and your not afraid to love."
"This is to perfect," I replied."It's like a movie, except later in a movie  you find out that prince charming is actually engaged." He laughed.
"I guess it does seem like a fairytale, but no, I'm not engaged," he joked. In the middle of the beach there was a pier.
"Follow me," Matt whispered as he walked up the steps of the pier holding my hand. At the end of the pier was the most beautiful sunset. This is why he took me here, this is what he wanted me to see. We walked slowly to the end of the pier.
"This is beautiful," I said softly.
"I told you that you would know it when you saw it," he stated. We neared to the end of the pier and stared at the sunset. He leaned in and kissed me.

I got back to my room and looked for something to wear.  I picked out jean shorts, a blue flowery shirt and silver flip flops: http://www.polyvore.com/cgi/set?id=35075273. I still had a little less than an hour to spare, I got my purse and keys and decided to drive around town for a while. I found a Tim Horton's and decided to buy a smoothie. I sat inside and thought about how I just left everyone back home. They didn't deserve it but I just needed a break, they would understand. I got a mirror and makeup out of my purse and applied some. I left my hair naturally curly and left for Brewster's. It was almost four when I got there, I found Matt sitting at a table inside.
"Hey," he said playfully.
'Hi," I responded and smiled.
"I walked here, it's close to my apartment, do you think you could give me a ride home after?" Matt asked.
"Yeah, of course," I responded. I spotted Carina walk through the door.
"Hey guys, lets go!" She joked. Matt and I got up and walked to the mall with Carina. After we shopped we stopped at the food court.
"Are you guys hungry?" Carina asked.
"Yeah," we agreed. Carina pointed to a table, lets get our food and meet here to eat. It was almost as if Matt and I were toddlers and she was our teacher. She planned everything, we did as she said. It wasn't a bad thing though. I headed off to a place called Quizno's and ordered a salad. Once I got my food I met with Matt and Carina at the table. We talked as we ate our food, and then we decided to go home.
"Bye guys!" Carina said sweetly.
"Bye Carina," I replied.
"Can I drive?" Matt asked
"Sure," I laughed. That was different, a guy driving himself home in my car.
"We're past Brewster's, wheres your apartment?" I asked curiously.
"We past it, I want to take you somewhere," he added.
"Alright," I said.

We walked into the water. Our feet sunk in the sand as little waves splashed our ankles.
"Your not from here are you?" Matt asked.
"No I'm from Waynesville, how'd you know?" I responded
"Your different from the other girls here," He said thoughtfully.
"How?" I asked.
"I haven't figured that out yet," he said and smiled. We walked deeper into the water until we got about shoulder deep. Matt splashed me and laughed.
"Hey Molly!" Carina giggled.
"Hi, this is Matt," I replied.
"Nice to meet you," Carina said happily. "Do you guys want to go see a movie later or go shopping?"
"Sure," I responded."How about shopping?"
"Sounds good," Matt agreed.
"How about at four we all meet up at Brewster's, the coffee place near the mall?" Carina asked.
"Alright," I replied.
"See you then!" Carina sang and got out of the water.
"What time is it?" I asked Matt.
"Two fifty, we should go home and get ready," He stated.
"Yeah," I responded.
