PLEASE READ.

l) look in the mirror

2) look at yourself and say 'ugly,
ugly, ugly, ugly, ugly ugly' over
and over again'


You will start to see every little flaw, every single hair that's not suppose to be there, every black head, pimple, every flaw.

 
3) look away from the mirror for 10 minutes, you will feel so ugly.

 
4) go back to the mirror, some of the flaws have gone away.

5) repeat step 2, but say 'beautiful, beautiful, beautiful' over and over again. 

6) If you really concentrate it will work, you will see yourself, beautiful, how everybody see's you.

Those people who call you ugly just want to feel better about themselves, and they see that you are beautiful and want to put you down, because they, the people that called you ugly will never see themselves that way.

Next time someone calls you ugly, look at them straight in the eyes and say, 'I am beautiful and you can not change that.' and walk away.

out of sympathy and I originaly
