Living Reality  
Chapter 4
 

I prepared myself to get out the car as we pulled up in the school parking lot.  Yeah people see me get out of his car, but its not helping him be my friend since hes the captian of the track team and it's not helping me stay unnoticed.  " See you " I told him and began to walk away. " Hold up a sec" He said and grabbed my arm. " Do you think we can sit together during lunch today?" He asked hopefully, I smiled widley but was soon brought back to reality. " What about Kate?, I don't think its a good idea to have her sit closer then 20 feet from me." I looked up to see his face. He held my gaze for a couple of seconds. When ..... " Hey Kyleeee , I miissed youu" Kate said stepping between the two of us and kissed him.  I stepped while they continued to kiss when Kyle broke it off. " Hey Babe" He said solemly, He took a glance at me and I smiled back.  " So I was thinking , Since its a new semester maybe I can move into your locker, wouldn't that be nice, then we can see eachothr even more." Kate is the begining of my tourture at Michael Jorge High School.  Before , nobody really aknowledged me and I was fine with that.  But then sophmore year started and She stole the one thing that I really ever cared about, Kyle.  Have you ever heard that song by Taylor swift? When the band geek falls in love with her best friend but hes dating the cheerleader.  Well that pretty sums up my life, except in the song she used her blond hair and awsome personality and won him over.  Unfortunatly , my red hair has no effect on Kyle.  " That would be....great Kate." Kyle said still looking at me.  Kate turned around to see what he was looking at.  She glared at me and started walking away with Kyle talking about randome things. Guess Im on my own.... agian.

Chapter 3

Kyle.... What is there to say about him. Kyle is my best friend ever.  Other wise known as the dreamy green eyed boy in my dream.  I met him in middle school, When he was the mess of adolecence. zits braces ,glasses, crappy haircut... the whole nine yards.  Loved him even then, But then about two years ago he went away for the summer and came back a completly different person.  His hair was perfect and  his acne was completly gone. Then about a week ago he got contacts  and his braces came off. during freshman year he finally realized how   much of an athlete he was , he joined the track team. which eaquled to complete popularity.  Still his personality remained the same. " Hey  ,   ready to go?" He said moving his brown hair out of his face. I hopped    in the car and closed the door.  "Yeap" I said quietly and turned my       face toward the window.  Kyle sighed and turned his head to me. "        Whats wrong tiger." He started calling me that in the 7th grade after he found out my favorite flowers were tiger Lily's. I thought it sounded like  a stripper name but he never stoped. " Nothing , can we just go." I said back. " C'mon Lily you really think you can lie to me ." He was right I      really can't. " It's nothing, its just getting realy old that I have to keep on lieing to my mom about Carly." I said telling him half the story.  He didnt believe I was telling the truth but he let it go. " Ughh... She treats you    so bad, I think you should just snitch." He said and started driving         agian. " You know its not that easy, She'd make my life even more        miserable if I did that, just let it go." I pleaded, he sighed and nodded. I  turned up the raidio and blocked everything out until we got to school

Chapter 2
 

   I really Didnt want to hear about how bad my clothes looked from Carly today so I texted Kyle to see what was taking him so long. " Why do you always go to school early, just take a break for once." My mom said, I felt a twing in my stomache as I forced myslef to lie to her agian. " I Cant, I have to tutor some kids that are having issues in math." You see, Carly told our mom that school started at 9:45, Somehow I got caught up in the lie and had to cover Carly's back. She looked suspicious and was about to say something when Carly walked into the kitchen. " Goodmorning sweetheart" My mother said, but all she seemed to realize was my clothes. She tuned away in discust and said " Mommmm.... Can you please tell her to put on some decent clothes.  Just because shes a loser doesnt mean she has to look like one. " I stared at her uninterested as my mom screamed at her. " Carly, that is no way to speak to your sister." Just because it happenes everyday doesnt mean it doesnt hurt. Today I wont cry, today I wont cry I told myself as my phone rang, it was Kyle. " Dude where the hell are you" I said trying to keep my voice from cracking. " Good morning to you to sunishine, im like a block away just wait for me outside." He said and hung upp.  I grabbed my messanger bag and Keys. " Bye mom" I said and quickly closed the door shut behind me, I didn't bother looking at Carly.

" Lily...... Lily look at me please I love you so much how can you not realize that." I looked up into his eyes. The green in them shined so bright in the sun, they were filled with so much emotion. " Then why are with her, you hurt me so much by being with her how can you not relize that !" " I'll break up with her, she means nothing to me  I swear." He said and before I can say anything he cuffed my face in his hands and kissed me. All the girls stared at me with awe and envy, Kate huffed and stomped away, defeated. I felt so empowered, like I can do anything. Now they can be looked down on......................... * RIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIING ! * " AHH"!  I screamed a jolted out of sleep. I fell on the floor. "Great....another dream that kicks off a dissapointing start to another dissapointing day. " I said to myfelf. " Will you shut up ! if your going to be sorry for yourself can you atleast do it in scilence " My older sister Carly said charging into my room. " Some people are trying to sleep."  I looked at the clock,  5:30. " Sorry, bad dream." She rolled her eyes and stopped away " What ever." she hissed and slammed the door. I sighed and laid on the      floor. Better get dressed now, its not like ill be going back to sleep. I laid there for a couple of minuets deciding on a comfy sweatshirt and a pair of skiny jeans that I would wear. After I figured out  what I was going to wear I grabbed my clothes and took a shower. When I got out it was about 6:21 so I went to make myself                something to eat.  While I looked through the food cabinets I  decided that cooking was to much work so I poped some toast into the toaster and made some cereal. " Good morning sweetheart. " My mother said as she walked through the kitchen. " Morning" I replied back. It was around 7:00 so Carly should be getting up soon, which means I gotta get out of here.

Chapter 26
Allies P.O.V
 

So it turns out that me and Cory are ok-ish. He has a slight concusion from a branch that hit his head and I twisted my ankle climbing over the tree.  As a nurse was wrapping up my ankle they brought Cory in the room on a wheelchair. The side of his head had stiches, He smiled warmly at me. " Hey beautiful" He said, I leaned over the bed and gave him a soft kiss. "Glad to see your ok." I said, "Stay still please" The young nurse said to me impatiently jerking my foot upright so I moved upright. I winced and cursed under my breath. As she finished wrapping my ankle Cory tried to stand up. "No you stay there, someone in your.....condition needs to move as little as possible." She said and bit her lip flirtatiously. I huffed loudly and Cory smirked. Before I could say anything the doctor walked in. " Well Ms.Weller and Mr. Stone you can leave now, but I recomend you not go to school for the next two or three days. " But-" I started to say when my mom cut in. "But nothing your staying and thats final. I growled and fell back agianst the bed.  Cory's mom came in and rushed to Cory, her face was smeared with dry tears. " My baby! Im so glad your ok! " She said and smotherd his face with kisses. "Mommm, is this really nessacary." He said shifting his face in the other direction. The docter chukled slightly. " Mrs. Stone  I recommend Cory stay up for the next 8 to 12 hours before getting anyrest." "Damn" he said brushing his hand through his hair. "He can stay over at our house, for once Landon's crying can be usefull for once" Derek said from the doorway and we all laughed. " Mom? is that alright" She sighed and didnt say anything, you could tell she wanted to say no. "C'mon your probably gonna fall asleep as soon as we get home, at least at Allies house ill have somebody to keep me company." He said and my heart skipped a beat hoping she said yes. She sighed sounding defeated . " Of fine, but you better call me every hour, even if your just leaving me a voice mail." I smiled widley but quikly retained poture to hide my excitement. Cory saw it and laughed," Yay sleepover at Allies! " Cara said jumping on my bed. " Sorry Cara you can't go." Her mom said. " WHY NOT!" she said back. "Because you have to school tomorrow." "Oh Yeahh.....damniit! I miss all the fun." Cara said and pouted.

Chapter 25 
Allie's P.O.V 

After what seemed like hourse of running I finally stopped to gather my barings. Why is he being such a D*ck. I looked around to figure out where I was. Honestly I have no idea where I am, Im kinda of scared too, I spun around slowly in a circle to trying to figure out where I was. "Cory!" I screamed out his name a couple of time not knowing what els to do. UGHH  why do I have to be so damn sensative.  I heard a faint scream from the way I was running. It was pouring rain and my hair kept on gettiing in my face but I still ran towards the noise. "Cory!, Is that you !" I screamed picking up pace. It was a couple seconds before I could pick up another scream. " Allie" I heard faintly, my heart skipped a beat when I reilized it was Cory. "CORY!"  I said now sprinting. I could now see him faintly, his hair was soaked but his face lit up when he saw me. "Allie stay right there im coming!" I stopped running but then screamed when a really close stream of lighting hit a tree. The tree made a wierd noise and started rocking back and forth. "CORY WATCHED OUT !!!" I screamed and he stopped in his tracks, but it was to late the tree went Crashing down on Cory at least thats what I thought I saw. Twigs went flying everywhere and scratched me all over my body as I climbed over the fallen tree. "CORY CORY BABY PLEASE CORY!!!" I looked up to see him right in front of tree, he had more scrathes then me, it looked like he was gashed across the head with a rock, but he was alive and standing only two feet away from the tree. " Cory" I whispered scilently. That was it, I bursted into tears and jumped into his arms crying harder and harder. He winced at my touch but held me close and tight. I started crying even harderand we both fell on the floor in eachother arms both of us crying but me harder then him. He stroked my hair and we sat there until we heard sirens of police, abulences and firetrucks. It was hecteck for a while, me and Cory sat in the back of the ambulences still in eachothers arms when we saw two cars pulled up. One had Cory's parents and mom and Derek. In the other car Nelson and Cara got out. I ran to my mom and gave her a hug. Then I turned to Derek. He gave me a big hug. and cuffed my face in his hands " Im so glad your ok" He said almost to tears and kissed my forehead. Cory hugged his parents and Cara jumped on top of him crying almost as histarically as I was. "Your such an idiot." I could heard her whisper. It was still raining but not as dangerously as before. After I gave Cara a hug someone tapped my shoulder, I turned around to see Nelson's worried gaze locked on mine. I let out a little gasp and he smiled and embraced me in a tight hug. " Im so glad your ok, I dont know what I would do if anything happened to you." I hugged him back and burried my face in his chest. "Thanks" I whispered. Someone coughed and we let go, it was Cory glaring at Nelson. They got into a stare down and Cory was about to say something but one of the parimedics cut in. " We're gonna have to bring you two in for observation, we need to make sure any part of the tree isnt stuck anywhere or tore through anything." I looked back at Nelson who was still glaring at Cory who was now pulling me by the hand " Lets go" He said shyly. We got into the back of the abulence and made our way to the hospital.
