I think that it is good you are taking a break. It allows for you think about other things and focus your time on, sorry to say it, but "real life" stuff. Just remember that these people do not know you and cannot judge you. Their opinion should not matter to you so dont let them hurt you! Also, for all we know they could be some low life 40 year old man just trying to cause a riot. xox

If I were in your position i would call her and say your side of the story (make sure that she doesnt interupt you at all) and that you dont feel like you are in the wrong but you apologized anyways and that you feel like she was really immature to turn your friends against her and anything else you want to tell her and make it her decision if you guys are going to be friends, because guess what, you dont deserve that! you shouldnt put yourself out there like that to be someones friends that treats you like with "..." or ":(" a friend is someone that stands by you when you mess up.
