Just a Vent, and a Thank You

I personally love this whole Idea about Detox Weekend. Thank you so much Steve for implementing this idea for this weekend. Lately, I've been losing touch with witty, but I'm so thankful that I came back to see this happening.

Lately, I'm sure many people will either agree or disagree with me (which is fine), but I just wanted to let it off my chest. I'm so sick and tired of seeing people making quotes about other people specifically and calling them out on things that aren't true. I go on Facebook, and I see that someone again has been the victim to a cruel quote. Honestly, if you're one of those people, what do you think actually makes you look so great about doing it? Because to me, it just makes you look like the worst loser on earth who had nothing left to do but make fun and tear other people's lives apart.

I've also noticed 'Famous Wittians' getting into drama lately, and I'm sorry but its really ridiculous. First of all, you know who you are, but get off your high pedestal and come back down to earth. I'm like most people where I get tired of seeing  the same people on Top Quotes, but you know what, some of those people are up there for a reason. Want to know why? Because they have good original quotes that people can relate to. And if you're one of those people who's talking about Top Quotes being garbage nowadays because of who's on it, newsflash, you also spam the Top Quotes with yours, so I'm assuming because you feel like you're so great, thats not trash at all.

Don't go around judging people like that. We came to witty to get rid of all that, not to come here and fight over stupid things like that. And if you're one of those people who continuously find reasons to fight and argue with people, stop. There's no need for it.

So once again, I'd just like to say Thank you so much Steve for implementing the Detox weekend, it is possibly one of the best things that has happened to witty in a while.
