Hello there! Let me just tell you that I am going to school to be a personal trainer, so you can trust my judgement. What you're doing is WRONG. You never want to deprive yourself of food because once you have a day that you decide to eat more than you usually do, your body eats up the food faster, therefore you gain weight. The perfect way to stay fit and a healthy weight is to eat a HEALTHY diet with plenty of fruits and vegetables. The key is not starving, but balancing out your diet and moderation. Also, work out more!! Once a week isn't going to cut, especially if you are losing energy from not eating. Try listening to your favorite songs for at least 10 minutes while doing squats, jumping jack, or anything else that you feel works for you. Also dont forget to have fun and dance around! So basically, eat more food and mantain a balanced and nutritious diet and stay fit! If you do this, I promise you will not only look better, but you'll also feel better. Hope this helps :)

Wow. That's a bad amount to lose in such a small space of time. You're losing weight in a bad way because you're eating barely enough to get by. Carry on like this you're going to develop diabetes and you'll have to eat and it's terminal.
U lost 12 pounds since November? Dangg. It kinda sounds like u are.. try eating a little bit more. U don't have to eat a lot every meal, but try to at least try to eat a little. And have a little sugar every once and a while(:
In England it's a drink called Tango and it's orange and the slogan of the drink is "You've been tangoed" and people in England (idk about anywhere else) say to people "You've been tangoed" if they see someone who's got loads of makeup on that makes them look orange(:
