Hey Witty girls, 
This is long but definitely worth the read. So I'm not sure if many of you girls read Seventeen magazine, but I do, & I love it! In the April issue, I came across a page that really caught my attention, & I knew I had to share it with all of you:

Seventeen's Beauty Peace Day
Wednesday, April 13th 2011
"Make a pledge to go makeup-free for the day, along with Whitney [Port], Andrea (her best friend), & the whole Seventeen staff!"

When I saw this, I was so psyched! I wake up every morning at 6 am to do my hair & makeup, because it's so important, right? Wrong. Girls, we need to realize that although makeup enhances our beauty, it does not define it. As cliche as it sounds, we're all naturally beautiful in our own way. So why not show the world, or at least our schools, that we are confident in our own skin? Why not show them that we are all gorgeous, with or without makeup? Let's do it, Witty girls. on April 13th, let's all refrain from wearing even a drop of makeup. Text your friends & tell them to participate too. Let's re-define beautiful. Who's with me? :)
