Keeping me like an ornament,
Never allowed to live or be,
Well guess what?
Now I haven't been toughened,
&& one day I will break like china...
Into a million pieces. 

Fingers break the glass,
Legs moving, bloodpumping.
Hitting the wall hard...
Reading the board,
Heart breaking;
Knowing your best isn't good enough. 

Behave! Do your best!
School is such a fuss,
When all I truly want to do...
Is leave and join the circus. 

Big Smile, Lots of Fun,
Two years later,
Acting dumb, Wrecking your life,
Taking from others just to be 'cool'
Where did everything go wrong?
You changed.
There is no going back. 

The alarm breaks the silence,
Out into the dark,the cold,the wet.
Takes a breath;
Starts the stopwatch.
From the first footprint on the sand,
She is free. 

She is unsure.
Is it right or wrong?
The look on his face,
The warmth of his hands;
Convinces her.
She leans in. 

Stuck in a box,
Reaching, Grabbing, Failing.
Crying out for help.
Does no-one notice?
Maybe no-one cares.
Stuck.
In a box.

Today, if somone didn't look at you like you were crazy......,

it was a day wasted :D
