 Wouldn't it just be amazing if schools and communities payed more attention to bullying BEFORE people try and hurt themselves? I bet it took at least 10 deaths of young, reguar teenagers, trying to live their life, go to college, get a great job, and be successful in life; for people to start realizing bullying is a problem. Then students & teachers say stuff like, " They should have told someone they had problems with bullying." Well maybe if you actually LISTENED to your students once in a while, they would tell you. And im almost 100% sure that if anyone who has tried to commit suicide or cut themselves, or done any damage to themselves, try and tell someone...I can garentee that people would just say,"Oh they're just attention seekers." Today at my school, we had a bullying meeting, wherebasicaly the teachers told us about many different bully situations like we haven't ever witnessed any bullying...Everyday i walk down the school hallways and inbetween eachclass I bet I see about 3-5 different people getting bullied. YES MOST OF US UNDERSTAND BULLYING IS WRONG. But if you dont try and help, bullying will continue to happen, and more lives will be taken. Please show that you are 100% against bullying.
