Actually now they are legal. But they have a capsule in them to contain the toys so kids won't eat them. But I could see why they would place them in a capsule or have them banned. Say some child who was too young to eat the chocolate egg ate the toy inside? Depending on what type of toy it may get lodged in their throat and they may die or if swallowed they may become sick- but I do agree it was a pretty stupid to have them banned, but I can understand their reason why.
We don't need Kinder Eggs because we had WonderbalIs and WonderbalIs had candy inside instead of plastic, dammit. But, really, American adults think American kids are stupid enough to choke on the little plastic prize inside. Shame, really.
From what I've read, it was banned because little kids would accidently eat inedible things inside of foods, causing them to choke or get sick. I honestly don't know much about those eggs, but on to the next point: Gun banning. Many people in the united states don't own guns just to "injure others". The main reasons someone will own a gun is to either hunt for the food they need to survive, or they would use it to protect themselves and their families. Lets get real here, if they were banned in America, people are still going to be able to get them from somewhere. A lot a drugs are banned, but does that mean there are no illegal drugs in America? My point is banning every gun would be a terrible choice, considering it would cause over population of animals, lack of food supply, and lack of family protection.
Ok, I can definitely see why they're illegal. They have pieces of little toys in them, so a stupid little kid could choke and die and then "oh no", ya feel me?
DON'T WALK OUT ON ME NOW!
