Today, I was running my 4 miles for cross country, and my ex was running behind me.
We broke up because he lied, apparently he didn't think I was worth the truth.
I couldn't hear him after a while so I was just about to turn around to see where he was when suddenly I stopped myself:

Why would I ever look back on my mistake, when I have so many better things ahead of me?
