your past makes me wanna cry, i'm so sorry. you give me so much hope, it's people like you who made me realize that i dont need to cut myself to feel better.

but i do have a question.
my dad was an alcoholic, and i havent spoken to him in three years. everytime i try to get the strength to talk to him, i break down. how can i get over what he did to me?
