Sorry, its for a paper for English. I would really appreciate any responses... Thanks in advance

A day that changed everything. I don't remember what happened, I was only three then, too young to remember what happened, but on this exact day 11 years ago, nearly 3,000 people lost their lives. I keep seeing all these quotes about people who missed their trains or gave up their seats on airplanes that day and how lucky they were to have survived that, but we didn't think about all the people that died instead. Thousands of kids who no longer have parents, husbands without wives and wives without husbands, all who lost their loved ones on that day. I was fortunate not to lose anybody on that day, but unfortunately not everyone can say the same. A very sad and horrible day in history, that changed the world.
I have a bio test tomorrow that I should've been studying for today, but instead I wasted all my time on witty. I wonder if my teacher will take that as a valid excuse...?
There's all these people complaining about how their school's starting tomorrow and I'm just sitting there doing my homework from my fourth week of school...
A conversation between me and my uncle today:
My uncle: so Yana (my name), how did you get so smart? Do you take a secret pill or something?
Me: oh well you know, I got bitten by a radioactive spider and that's how I'm smart (I made up random b.s. not meaning anything)
Uncle: oh so just like Spiderman! Wow you are smart, you just watch and read all the Spiderman movies and books...
Me: uh okay... (In my head: I've never seen Spiderman in my life...)
Listening to Jonas Brothers songs at school like a boss... They actually aren't bad
Apperently this girl who went to my school and was in my grade passed away yesterday from cancer. It was really depressing realizing that such bad things happen to good people.
You can now go past page 50 in the top quotes. I know this because I went all the way to 55. This is what I'm doing with my Friday night...
I hate it when someone is lying to your face and you can tell that they're lying but you don't saying anything...
