well thats when you know you have been sick for five days could not even get off the couch had very very high temp. and the next day when ur fellin better you get up and bust you tail off just to show every one up and just to be there and you had to sit out cuz you almost blacked out and you get back up and finish the drill out and just when you think your done your whole team is there by your side cheering you one doing it wit you and then having your coach notice that
now that is true heart being there when something bad was happening but still goin ...dont stop give it 150% cause you no you can do and you believe in you self and you can make it through anything
