I woke up
the next morning before everyone else and went over to
Adam’s room, still in my boxer short pajamas and tank. He
was already awake.
“Hey
Girlfriend.” That made me smile but I also felt a little
sick to my stomach. I was worried about how he was going to
answer my next question.
“Hi. Umm… I
have to talk to you about something.” He was instantly
serious.
“Is something
wrong?” He sounded worried too.
“No. Well… Yeah
kind of. It’s just that, you know. It’s Zoe.”
I looked down. I didn’t want to see what reaction her
named caused him.
“Zoe? What about
Zoe?” Is he serious?
“You know. She likes
you.” I was starting to get confused.
“Yeah I know she likes
me, the whole country knows she likes me. But I don’t
like her. I like you, remember?” I think I might
just die on the spot.
“Wait! You would
rather be with me than ZOE GOMEZ?!” I think I am
going to pass out.
“A million times yes.
I can’t stand her, she’s so mean and fake. And what
she did you guys was awful. She’s just not a good
person.” I am smiling like an idiot again.

started cracking up. Although I believe Adam loves me and he
