I used to be so proud when people asked
about my weight loss.
At first because I worked so hard for it, eating right and
working out. I lost 10 pounds.
Then because no one suspected I was secretly starving to get
there. I lost another 15.
But now I just feel guilty, because I did it wrong and when
they ask how,
I HAVE TO LIE.
After the singing I went to get a drink... because It was getting a little bit hot.
Cameron came up to me.
"You sure do know how to dance!"
"I thought you didn't like me."
"Hey. We're still friends right? :D"
"... :D... yeah. You were pretty good too."
"... ... ... CAN I JUST SAY YOU LOOK AMAZING!" Melissa heard him say that. She was grabbing a drink too.
"Wooow! Dude slow down there prince charming!" He left with a smile on his face. Not a :) but a :D.
"Hhmm. Wahoo punch! Hey. What did I tell you. He likes you. Why do you think he was singing with you."
"No. He said he just wanted to be friends."
"... uh-huh. Sure. *Music changes to slow music*. Heres your perfect chance to dance with him. Look his coming." Melissa left and Cameron came with his hand out.
"Care to dance?"
":)... Haha, sure." He took my soft hand and took me to the dance floor. I put my hands around his neck and he took his soft hands around my waist.
"... Just friends, huh?"
"Pft... :P, Guy friends dance with there girl-friends all the time."
"O_0... sure... Wanna hang out? :D" This time... I wanted to hang out.
