and remember them. try to

incorpoate those things into

things you aren't so good at or

don't really like. You'll do a

better and have more fun!

3. if somethings broken, take

the chance to fix it. when you

fix something all by yourself

you feel capable and efficient

and proud of yourself.

4. you know how sometimes

you have those times where

you're like, "damn, i look pretty

fantastic." and other times you

are just down and you don't

think so? well, this will sound

odd, but when you think so,

record a compliment to yourself

on your phone and play it when

you don't feel so awesome.

5. cut yourself some serious

slack. we're pretty quick to say

we totally suck at something.

and i mean no one is good at

everything. but instead of just

saying you "can't", try to

acknowledge that it's just

something out there that has

room for improvement.
