Chapter 2 Part 2
When we went back to our lockers to go to 5^th hour everybody was giving us high fives and telling us we did great. I loved it. I looked out the window by my locker and told mom thanks. I knew she was with me on stage. I could feel it.
          “Ashley?” I felt a tap on my shoulder. I turned around and saw a little crowd of people surrounding me.
          “Uh… Yeah?” I asked.
          “They are doing Talent 101 in Auburn Hills this year and all of us thought you should try out. We said if you try out we would sit in the audience and watch you.” Jessica, the senior that tapped my shoulder said.
          I shrugged. “ I don’t know if I can perform on live TV though. I mean it would be a lot different than just a school talent show.” I said taking a flyer on of the seniors had.
          “Yeah but you did great. Please? We know you would make it through. We know it for a fact.” Jon said from the back.
          “We would make T-Shirts and stuff!” Someone yelled.
          “Maybe.” I said.
          Jessica gave me a hug and told me that I should go. When they left I looked at the flyer for a couple of minutes thinking about it.  I walked over to Sydney.
          “Hey Syd, what do you think about trying out for Talent 101?” I asked showing her the flyer.
          “Ashley you have to! You would so make it!” She smiled.
          “Only if you play the guitar.” I said
          “Well guess what?” She smiled even bigger putting her hands on my shoulders.
          I laughed. “What?” I started smiling too.
          “We’re trying out for Talent 101”
