They were silent for  a while. Edwin was holding his bike handles and walking his bike to the side. He looked straight ahead. Alaine glanced at him a couple of times, before he started talking.

Edwin: "Alaine, did you ever feel unhappy about how things are going?"

Alaine: "What do you mean?"

Edwin:"I dont know just like disapointed? Like you dont like how life is going for you right now."

Alaine:"Yeah, but sometimes you just have to hope for the best right?"

Edwin: "I guess, how are you feeling?"

Alaine: "Better" She kept thinking to herself, only because of you, just you near me, caring about me, making sure im okay. Why are you so perfect. 

Edwin: "Thats good. Well here we are" They were standing in front of Alaine's house. 

Alaine: "Yeah here we are." She looked up at him and his inviting lips, so soft, so pink. She looked into his Sky blue eyes and started to blush, he put his bike down and hugged her. He smelled of axe and pollo blue. She wrapped her arms around his neck, his hands around her waist, their faces so close to eachother. Alaine gently closed her eyes wishing for his kiss.  She opened them to see Edwin looking back at her smiling. He let go.

Edwin: "See ya later bestie" He rode his bike away. Alaine just blankly stood there.
