This morning, I was going to eat a simple fruit roll up this
morning.
I just thought that I would end up eating lunch, so I decided to
just got water(so no breakfast).
At lunch, I got a small bag of the popcorn in the chip bag.
It had white cheddar as the flavor, no salt or butter.
I had to make sure it only had 100 calories.
I even had a hard time finishing it off.
I was a really small bag, and of course, only half way full.
I also made sure to only get water.(100 cal. for lunch)
After school I had gummy bears and a soda(ale 8, anyone in
central KY would have heard of it, and too much calories)
My family eats smaller meals for dinner.
I had a small thing of meat, green beans, and a bit mashed
potatos(mashed potatos had sour cream in them, and again, to many
calories)
That filled me for the entire day.
Is that bad?
Is it just a small apitite?
Im on diet pills also.
Is something really wrong with me?
I dont really know if I have lost wieght.
This has been going on for a few weeks.
Should I get help?
why is it me that gets this stuff???
