Chapter Thirteen
♦ Allison's P.O.V ♦
It was Monday so I quickly dressed myself in a floral print skirt and a black shirt and was on my way.I wasn't too stylish but I liked to dress up but I left the fashion up to Honey since she's the expert on it.I drove to school and step out as I headed to our spot.Surprisingly I didn't see Lauren which was weird since she had a game today and usually Lauren never missed a game even while she was sick.
"Hey guys"I said casually as I sat down.
"Have you heard about Lauren?"Iesha asked.
"Well she isn't here and usually she's here soo yeah what do you mean?"I asked.
"Lauren's been missing for 24 hours now."Honey clarified my questions.
"What!"I exclaimed.
"I know I heard it this morning."Abbey said as she sat down next to me then addded,"How are you feeling?"
"Like your world is f*** up?"Iesha suggested.
"Don't you mean fudge?"Honey the nice one said.
"Yeah I guess."Iesha replied.
"Guys seriously who saw Lauren last?"I asked.
No one replied until Abbey said the harsh truth,"Honestly Alli,Lauren could be anywhere.For all we know someone of the opposite team could have kidnapped her and killed her."
"Abbey you just reminded me today we have a meeting don't we?"Iesha asked.
"Yeah I think we do."Honey answered.
"Great now that's going to be fun."I said texting my grandma about how I'm coming home late.She texted back okay as I slipped my phone into my pocket.
What would happen at the meeting?
♦ Lauren's P.O.V ♦
I sat there angrily as the skelton gaurds laughed at me.I glared at them and they shut up but I hated sitting here.That little brat trying to put me in here..who cares if he's the devil's son?For all I care is that I can slap him and get killed.That freaking brat trying to think he's all that tough then I'll show him.The mere thoughts of him almost magically conjured him like out of thin air.
"Well well what do we have here?"He said with a crooked smile.
"Shut up no wants to talk to you."I said angrily.
"Honey don't deny it you know love this awesome body."He said andmy eyes goggled as he took his shirt off.I quickly looked at the floor as a wave of embarassment came over me.
'What are you trying to do?"I asked.
"What do you think I'm trying to do?"he teased.
"Stop seriously okay?You and me aren't working and he// I don't even know you."I said.
"Nooo Lauren you can join the dark side we'll love you...forever....."He whispered then trailed off.Black shadows caressed my arm as I shivered."You could rule beside me forever...I would forever love you.."He cupped my cheek and was about to kiss me.Just then my senses came back and I kicked him in the private area.
"If you do that then I swear I will come after you faster then you can say I love dogs."I hissed coldly.
"You'll come for me."He said as the shadows caressed me over and over and just vanished quickly as he vanished.Angry thoughts came in my mind but secretly I was thinking of plans.Maybe if I used him to get out by playing by his emotions then....maybe I could be free.
Now I'm wondering if Aden would fall for it.
♦ Allison's P.O.V ♦
The day went by fast as I slid out of my seat to go to the secret meeting.I bit my lip as I put my stuff in my locker and headed towards the room.This time I was early but I heard two people talking.I leaned in closer and recognized it was Mrs.Listine and Mrs.Olsen.
"I'm sorry but one of my kids is missing and obviously the suspect goes to you!"Mrs.Listine angrily said.
"She's your student!You're supposed to take care of her not me got it b****?"Mrs.Olsen rudely replied.
"You know what we know that you've been plotting this now shut up and get me Lauren now!."Mrs.Listine fought and I silently aplauded her in my mind.
"Don't talk to me."She said her jaw tightening.
"I don't even want to see your face let alone talk to you."Mrs.Listine said.
"I'm warning you Melissa this war is coming and if you make enemies with me now wouldn't be a good idea."Mrs.Olsen warned.
"I rather have my team working at the bottom of the FBI chain then join with you!"Mrs.Listine shireked.
"Then very well don't come to me when you're in need of us."She said as I ran and hid behind the trash can.Mrs.Olsen looked around almost like she sensed me but she walked off snootily.I sighed and got out of my hiding spot as I walked in the room.Since I was the first one there I saw another woman had the most prettiest blonde hair ever and warm chocolate eyes that gazed at you with kindess.
"Well your early Allison.This is Jessamine she use to be at this school a tutor for training now she's 27."Mrs.Listine explained.
I shyly said said,"Hi."
"Hi Allison I'm going to be talking to your team since I use to be a part of this team."Jessamine said in a quiet soft voice that was beautiful to listen to.
"Oh well so Miss.."I awkwardly trailed off.
"Please call me Jessamine even though my full name is Jessamine Hernadez."She said.
"Oh are you married?"I asked stupidly.
She smiled at me and explained,"Yup now after this talk to your class it'll be my last mission and then I'm settling down with my husband."
It felt like Jessamine was a kind caring person but underneath that hard core I felt a wave of sorrow coming from her.Her smile hide anything wrong but I felt a strong connection with her and I don't know why.I chatted with her as people started trickling in and I took a seat.
"Now team this is Jessamine who led our team to the final golden times."She said and everyone clapped.Jessamine thanked everyone but something inside of her said to me that said help me.I wonder if anyone else noticed it.
