Today I decided to work out.
Today was the first day in a long time that I actually exerted myself. I was covered in sweat from all the running and exercising I did. You know what?? I loved it. I loved the feeling of pushing myself. I loved the feeling of releasing all that energy. I loved the burn afterwards saying I got stronger. Most of all though, I loved the shower afterwards. Knowing that I earned that shower was the best part yet.
