OFTEN ASK me why summer is my favorite season. most
people don't like the heat, the bugs, and the
skyrocketing electricity bills due to all of the A/C usage.
but i still love it. i get a chance to be free, i get a
chance to enjoy myself and relax. and even though things
almost never turn out how i want them to, i just like the
vibe of summer in general. i love the idea of spending a
day at the beach with your favorite people, and having
cookouts and pool parties and watching all the fireflies
light up the backyard. even days where you have a ton of
time to waste. i may be dreaming too big, but maybe things
will finally work out and i'll get the summer i always
imagine summer being.
