This is a very, very special birthday wish to my favorite musical artist of all time, Marina Diamandis, also known as Marina and the Diamonds. This woman has impacted my life in a way I never thought she would back when I started listening to her in 2012. I can tell by the lyrics in her songs that she gets it. She gets me and puts all of my feelings into words. She's like the best friend I've never had. And the fact that she can make her songs so catchy at the same time is what makes me love her even more. I know every single one of her songs from her demos using GarageBand to the songs from her newest album, Froot. Each one is beautiful in its own way and a masterpiece in its own style. Dear Marina, never stop making music. You have saved my life and the lives of thousands of others. I can't wait to see you live for the first time in my life on November 7th. I'm sure you'll be great and that it will be an experience that I'll never forget.
