I decided to tell my boyfriend about
my depression and anxiety today and I couldn't be happier with
how it went. I found out that he went through the same exact thing.
He knows what I am going through, he knows how to help. I am so
thankful that I told him. I decided to tell write him a long
paragraph and text it to him while we were on facetime. And the
first thing he said after he read it was, "did you really
expect me to break up with you over that? I know exactly how you
feel since I went through the same thing. You have nothing to worry
about ever, I love you." He didn't judge me, or make me
feel unloved. He told me that everything was going to be alright
and that we would fight through every day together. He is so
amazing.
