if youre ready now, ask him ! its never too late if he really likes you ! but if you dont soon, hes gonna get bored with waiting for you. hell move on even if you dont. and if he says no, he was never worth it; if he says yeah, he always was.

just be straight up with him. first ask him, whats been going on. and why he was ignoring you, for all you know maybe he lost his phone or it broke or something. and maybe he is just sick of waiting, because he doesnt think anythings gonna happen. but dont tell him you like him right away, because if he does have a girl, then things will def get awkward.

he might have found a new girl and thats why hes acting cold and boring so in a way hes not leading u on.. or alot of stuff can be going on. i would mention the akwardness one night or ask him if somethings bugging him.. he could feel the way u do and be unsure cause u havent talked in a while..
