kids 13 or even 14 and mabe 15 are too young to know what love is they think it is love but then its doesn't last..and if it does good for you..but just know there is only a 2% chance out off 100 that it will last you make so many changes and mistakes an you grow up so much..things never stay the same.

i agree with this quote, but i think that the reason why everyone says 13 year olds can't love is just because most of them are too 'immature' and overrexagerate about "love." but it is definately possible to feel love at 13 or younger-it just doesnt happen that often :)
