We could be forever - 4 That weekend I worked friday saturday

That weekend I worked friday saturday and sunday all with zac and I had so much fun. Our coworkers were all saying how we should date and zac looked hopeful (i think?) but I assured them I already had a boyfriend and I was happy with him. 

Monday came and I went to school. When I got there, matt was waiting at our friend alex's car instead of mine. I trust alex and know she would never do anything so it wasn't a big deal it just was a little weird. Then since they have a lot of classes together I saw them walking together in the halls and I thought he looked happier than he ever does when he's with me. Am I being paranoid or does he have a thing for alex?

A week later, it was my birthday. I'd been working for a week, but had saved up just enough money to buy matt a throwback wes welker jersey. We had birthdays 6 days apart so we swapped gifts the same day. I was also taking him to the patriots game that coming sunday. I was excited to see what he'd gotten me. I didn't want anything big, but was way less than pleased with what I got. A quote calendar, where you rip a page off a day. It was of quotes from the office which is my favorite show but still. I bought him a throwback jersey and he got me a calendar. 

I got to work and was immediately tackled by both zac and landon. They said they were sorry they didn't have a gift for me but they hoped that the body slam to the floor hug would suffice. It completely turned my mood around and I really began thinking hard about whether matt and I really did belong together..
