We could be forever - 6
We went downstairs to see what we'd be doing for the night.
Landon and I were lucky enough to be partnered to work in the
seasonal section and clean up the mess all the shoppers made so it
would look good for the following day.
Landon has always been quietish towards me so I took this as a good
opportunity to get to know him.
"Hey Landon, how come you never talk to me like Zac
did?"
"Oh I didn't know you wanted me to. I'm kind of
shy."
"Oh no it's fine, I was just curious. And thanks for
saying that upstairs, you were totally right about why I'm
upset. It's not just not knowing if I love him or not though
it's also that I don't believe him about it."
"What do you mean?"
I told him about how Matt is always hanging around Alex lately and
how they walk into school together and walk to their classes
together and whatnot.
"Wait, so he waits for her and not you in the
mornings?"
"Yeah, why?"
"Doesn't that bother you? It's kind of like his job to
be there for you, not other girls."
"Yeah, it does a lot. But it's not worth bringing it up
cause I don't want to deal with the fight."
"No offense, but if he's walking around with other girls,
that's not fair to you."
"I guess... i dunno. I've been thinking a lot about our
relationship lately, he really isn't that great of a boyfriend
to me."
"Well if you need anyone to talk to, here's my
number.."
"Thanks so much"
As soon as I got home I decided to text Landon. I knew it was a bad
idea but he was so perfect I couldn't resist...
