Probably Jake... I feel like I'm in the same situation, except the Paul in my life never said he liked me... we talked non-stop for months, then BOOM, he won't talk to me anymore. So I'm not pushing myself on him. And there is no Jake. But if there was, I would go for him. I don't know if that helps at all, but if Jake wants to be with you, then you should be with him.

okay so the same thing happened to me last year. I went for the cuter guy who said that he liked me and I ended up getting crushed. I would go for jake. because if hes not avoiding you then he is the one who cares more about you.

I would talk to Paul and see whats going on but still talk to Jake. You can like Jake but atleast see whats happening with Paul. Good luck! :)
